Freequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade my ticket to a higher level before the show?
Yes you can all of our tickets are upgradable while supplies last. However our VIP Gold passes are very limited and will sell out quickly. If you miss out on the Golden tickets the Silver Pass is not a bad alternative.
Will you be offering Guest specific packages?
The short answer is yes but they will vary greatly from one guest to the next. We try to negotiate the best experience for our super fans but ultimately the guests have their own comfort level to worry about
Will you have Photo Ops available?
Again this depends on the comfort level with each guest. Some guests are completely fine with photo ops and some would prefer not to offer them. We will let you know who will and who will not be participating in the photo ops as we add each guest t0 the lineup
Is there a limit to the number of items I want to get signed?
Again it depends on the Guest in question but we would like to allow everyone to have a chance at an autopraph. To help speed things along, we ask that you limit yourself to 3 autogrpahs each time you go through the line. This should let everyone have a chance to get the autograph of their favorite celebrity
How do I get a convention T-shirt in my size?
Dont worry, if you order the gold or silver pass, our software will get your size before you finish checking out and your shirt will be ready and waiting for you at the registration desk.
Oh No, I didn’t order a Silver or Gold Pass! Can I still get a convention T-shirt or the Totebag?
Dont worry there still may be hope for you! We will have a limited number of convention shirts at the show and they will be sold on a first come first served basis. Make sure you get one quick before they sell out
